This course aims to understand individual and collective human behavior in crowded environments and mass gatherings by studying the psychological and social factors that influence the responses of individuals and groups. The course covers patterns of collective behavior (organized – spontaneous – chaotic).
This course focuses on identifying risks associated with crowds and developing effective strategies for managing crises and emergencies during events and mass gatherings. Students will learn about analysis and assessment tools to minimize risks and protect individuals and property.
This course focuses on enhancing trainees’ skills in field leadership and decision-making during emergency situations, integrating them with effective communication and guidance abilities for crowds through various means such as signals, signage, and audio messages.
